3. Order Processing & Shipping
📦 Order Handling:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon payment confirmation.
- If your order is large, it may be split into multiple shipments for security purposes. These will be dispatched 1-3 days apart.
- All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure successful receipt.

- USA Domestic Orders: 2-5 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days (Europe: 7-14 business days)
- Rare Delays: Customs inspections may cause occasional delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please contact us.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

- If your cancellation request is not submitted within this period, your order will be processed, and no refund will be issued.
5. Claims & Refunds
📌 Lost or Seized Packages:
- If your order is seized by customs, email us a scanned copy of the official seizure letter to request a one-time free reshipment.
- If your order is lost in transit and hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us for an investigation and reshipment.
- Reshipping Restrictions: We do not reship to the following locations due to strict customs regulations:
